Hi, I’m Shawn!
I’ve been in the ABA field for over 20 years working in the Bay Area and helping families access services/supports. Over those years I have gained a deep understanding of the costs of accessing services and supports while also developing a strong passion for helping families and their kids who have autism. After realizing the inefficiencies in getting access to services and supports, BLE became a natural next step for me to help close the gap between a family’s ability to get help and the availability of affordable ABA service providers.

The vision of BLE started forming as I walked through my day to day work experiences. I eventually realized I could make a difference as I identified missing services and inefficient processes within the current system. So what does that mean?
I pieced together a team who could bring the necessary tools to the table and bring this to life.
Lightbulb moment: I worked with one of the on-demand ride shares and observed society adopting the on-demand model whether it be food, shopping, or entertainment. Why not extend that to behavior service providers (i.e. behavior technicians)?
We’re excited to be able to provide families with the option to gain access to providers within hours as opposed to months. Our goal is to become a reliable part of your family as we continue to expand our services to better serve you.
